You’ll be welcomed into a serene, candlelit space, where you can sip on artisanal herbal teas specially blended for relaxation. As the gentle scents of aromatherapy calm your senses, you will be guided through a gentle hypnosis session, using the magical energy of the twilight hour to help you release tension, quiet your mind, and connect with your inner radiance. You will emerge from this journey feeling luminous, refreshed, and bathed in the glow of inner peace, perfectly prepared for a restful night. Cancellation Policy
Event: Golden Hour Hypnosis: An Aura Shift for Total Well-Being Organizer: Black Wildflower Sanctuary Thank you for investing in this transformational experience with Black Wildflower Sanctuary. Our workshops are intentionally intimate to create a powerful and safe container for energetic work. Because spots are limited, we have a clear policy for all bookings to ensure fairness to all our guests. Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot for this workshop. Cancellation by Client & Refunds We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing via email at [Your Email Address]. Our refund policy is structured as follows: Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 72 hours (3 days) before the event's start time will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable processing fees charged by our payment provider. Credit for Future Event: For cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours of the event, you will receive a full credit to be used for a future Black Wildflower Sanctuary workshop of equal value. This credit must be used within 6 months. No refunds will be issued in this window. Forfeit: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and "no-shows" are not eligible for a refund or credit. This is because your spot was held and could not be filled by another guest on such short notice. Transferring Your Ticket If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend. Please notify us via email at least 24 hours before the event with the full name and email address of the person who will be attending in your place. Event Cancellation by Black Wildflower Sanctuary In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule the workshop, you will be notified as soon as possible via email. You will be offered the choice of a full refund or a transfer to the new date. Please note that this event requires a minimum of 8 participants to proceed. If this minimum is not met 72 hours prior to the event, the workshop may be canceled, and all registered guests will receive a full refund. Late Arrivals To preserve the sacred and uninterrupted nature of this energetic work, the workshop will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Doors will be closed approximately 10 minutes after the start time to maintain the container for all guests. Late entry will not be possible. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled.
